The site literally breaks without these. Login, security, and basic loading. You can't turn these off unless you stop using the site.
Analytics Cookies
Helps us see what's popular and what's not. All data is anonymized (we don't know it's you, just that someone visited).
Advertising Cookies
Helps pay the server bills by showing ads that might actually interest you (instead of random spam).
Functional Cookies
The "Lifestyle" updates. Remembers your dark mode settings, language, and filters so you don't have to set them every time.
1. What Even Are Cookies?
Think of them as a "save file" for your browser session. They are tiny text files that websites leave on your device so they can remember you next time you visit.
The Breakdown:
- Session Cookies: Gone as soon as you close your browser. Like RAM.
- Persistent Cookies: Stay on your drive for a while. Like your SSD.
- First-Party: Ours. Safe. trusted.
- Third-Party: Usually from tools we use (like Google Analytics).
2. Essential Cookies
These are the engine blocks of the website. Without them, the car doesn't start.

3. Analytics (The Stats)
We like numbers. These help us see if people actually like the texture packs we upload.

4. Advertising (Paying the Bills)
Hosting a massive Minecraft site isn't free. Ads help us keep downloads free for you. We use Google AdSense, which uses cookies to make sure you don't see the same ad 500 times.
Heads up: Turning these off won't stop ads. It just means you'll see generic ads instead of ones for stuff you might actually like.
5. Functional Cookies
These make the site feel nice to use.
- theme_preference: So we don't blind you with light mode if you chose dark mode.
- filter_settings: Remembers that you only like "PvP Packs" so you don't have to click it every time.

7. Managing Your Cookies
Besides using the toggles at the top of this page, you can also nuke cookies directly from your browser settings. Usually found under "Privacy" or "Security" in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Warning: If you block 100% of cookies, the site might act weird. Don't blame us if you can't log in!
